All the pleasures and comforts of a home and neighborhood in Melbourne are now available in Cowes and the many suburbs of Cowes including Sunderland Bay, Ventnor, Cape Woollamai, San Remo, and New Haven. Cape Woolamai is one of the most prestigious places to live on Phillip Island with the most valuable properties and houses there. But it's possible to rent any number of homes in Cape Woolamai for under $300 a night and some as low as $130 per night. Their owners are cashing in on the housing shortage on Phillip Island and the tourist is the winner. They can rent and entire house, many with two bathrooms for as little as $120/night.
